ALPHA equipped with robust ATR cell for the rapid analysis of wine, must or juice. The ATR cell is temperature controlled for manual or automated measurements using an autosampler. Optionally comprehensive starter calibrations for finished wines and must are available, allowing the parallel determination of various analytical parameters like alcohol, different sugars and acid content.
